Canon Powershot SD750IS, also known as the IXUS75 in some countries, is one of the popular models of Canon point and shoot cameras. The Canon SD750 features a 7.1 megapixel resolution and a 3X optical zoom lens. This camera is also equipped with a brilliantly colorful 3 inch LCD screen, large enough to see the details of the images.
The Canon SD750 is an excellent compact camera as it measures 3.6 x 2.2 x 0.8 inch and weighs just about 5.3-ounce. It will fit just as comfortably in a pants pocket. The SD750 itself comes in silver and silver with black accents and powered by a rechargeable Lithium-ion battery NB-4L.

Pros
Many costumers agree that the best point of the Canon SD750 is that it is nicely designed, extra-durable and has a tough scratch-resistant coating on its anti-reflective.
The Canon SD750 has excellent high-ISO photo quality, relatively fast (no shutter lag) and has above-average movie quality as well as face detection capacity.
Cons
The Powershot SD750 has no optical viewfinder. One can only use the 3 inch LCD for framing and playback the images.
Another problem with the camera is that its photos seem to have purple fringing.
Bottom Line
However, for about $400, the Canon SD750 is an excellent camera to consider when purchasing a stylish yet quality compact camera.
