Using Canon SD400 digital camera, you can record movies at VGA quality (640 x 480 pixels) and 30 fps. If you want to capture sports action, the SD400 provides a Fast Frame Rate mode to make it perfect. For this mode, the resolution is limited to 320 x 240 pixels.
To preview the images or movies you’ve just captured, the camera is featured with a 2-inch LCD screen. It brightens automatically when shooting in low-light or poor outdoor conditions.
The Powershot SD400 is packed with a number of shooting modes that will allow you to choose the type of setting you want to use with the camera. These modes include Portrait, Night Snapshot, Underwater and Kids and Pets shooting modes.
Some customers complained as the Canon SD400 has no live histogram and lack of manual controls. However, compared to all those excellent features, these cons will not affect the great performance of the camera.
