But if you don't have the manual, the followings may help. 1. Open the document to be printed within an application program on your computer. 2. Click on [File], [Print], then click on the [Properties] button, or the [Printing Preferences] button. 3. Click on the [Paper / Quality] tab. 4. Choose the A4 paper size from the Document Size pull down menu. 5. Click on [Save] 6. Click on [Close]. 7. Select the A4 paper size from the Document Size pull down menu. 8.
