The Canon Powershot A300 is an entry level digital camera with a 3.2 megapixel of resolution and a 5.1x digital zoom. As an entry level camera, the Canon A300 is equipped with an average range of features and rather plain specifications. One thing that makes it looks so cool and has a modern look is that the camera has a sliding lens cover and sleek rounded corners.
Comes in a stylish and compact design, the Powershot A300 features auto focus, video recording with sound capture and USB connectivity. The Canon A300 is capable of a 60 second voice memo for each image and up to 3 minutes video clips with sound. The 5-point AiAF (Artificial intelligence Auto Focus) system guarantees that the subject is perfectly focused even when not in the center of the frame.
To ensure excellent colour reproduction and clear subject detail, the PowerShot A300 is equipped with the DIGIC (DIGital Imaging Core) processor. A 1.5 inch LCD display is provided to preview and line up the shot. You can also line up your shot through an optical viewfinder to save more battery power.
In addition, the Canon A300 camera has wide range of shooting modes like black and white, sepia effect and extra vivid colours. The ISO ratings of 50-400 allows user to produce stunning pictures when dealing with a vast array of shooting situations. Lastly, you can directly print your shot to a printer without the need for computer.
